Collaborative research (typically 100% funded) and capability development (co-funded) projects, from disruptive tech to large systems.
Who is eligible
Consortia of at least three eligible entities established in at least three member states or associated countries; entities must be EU/associated-controlled, with infrastructure in the Union — foreign-controlled entities need an Article 9 derogation.
