Beyond the EU, NATO and its agencies move public money through multilateral procurement and innovation: NSPA and NCIA buy on behalf of allies, DIANA accelerates dual-use start-ups, and the NATO Innovation Fund invests equity.

What it funds

NSPA/NCIA contracts (published as awards above set thresholds), DIANA contractual funding (€100,000, up to €300,000 in phase 2), and NIF equity (a multilateral €1bn venture fund).

Who is eligible

Allied and partner suppliers register on the NSPA/NCIA portals; DIANA/NIF target dual-use start-ups from member nations.

How to access

Register on the NSPA Source File and NCIA Neo eProcurement; apply to DIANA cohorts; NIF leads equity rounds.
