VIGO Photonics S.A. (WSE: VGO) is a Warsaw-listed photonics firm specializing in mid-infrared (IR) detectors and semiconductor modules. Founded in 1987 as a spin-off from Warsaw’s Technical Military Academy (where its founder pioneered non-cryogenic IR detectors), VIGO has grown into a vertically integrated design-and-manufacture company with ~200 employees.
