Terms of Sale — DFM Reports
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 2026-07-10 · Language: English
1. Seller
DFM Reports are sold by STRONCATURE S.R.L., Via Garibaldi 169, 84061 Ogliastro Cilento (SA), Italy, VAT IT05960160652 ("we", "DFM"). Contact: packs@defencefinancemonitor.com.
2. What you buy — single-user licence
2.1 Each purchase grants one (1) named individual a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased report (PDF) for internal professional purposes.
2.2 Your copy is watermarked to you (name, e-mail and order number on every page). It is licensed, not sold.
2.3 Not permitted: redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, publication, file sharing, posting to internal or external repositories accessible by others, or use of the content to train machine-learning systems. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted where allowed by law.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery is digital and instantaneous: after payment you receive a personal download link on the confirmation page and by e-mail.
3.2 The link is valid for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads. If your link expires or is exhausted, write to packs@defencefinancemonitor.com with your order number and we will re-issue it at no charge.
4. Prices, VAT and invoicing
4.1 Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU VAT is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your billing country; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID may qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism. An invoice is issued after payment.
5. Right of withdrawal — waiver for digital content
5.1 Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun, where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
5.2 At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the report and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This consent is recorded with a timestamp on your order.
6. Refunds
6.1 Given the instantaneous digital delivery and the waiver in §5, purchases are in principle final.
6.2 Defective files (corrupted, incomplete, or not matching the purchased title) are replaced free of charge; if we cannot deliver a working copy, we refund the purchase in full. Statutory conformity rights under EU law remain unaffected.
7. Content and liability
7.1 Reports are independent analyses prepared by the DFM research desk from primary and public sources, current as of the publication date shown on each report. They are professional research — not legal, investment, export-control or procurement advice — and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability per order is limited to the price paid.
8. Personal data
8.1 Order and payment data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy (processors: Stripe for payments, Brevo for transactional e-mail, Aruba for hosting). The buyer identity embedded in the watermark is part of the licensed product.
9. Law and forum
9.1 These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the courts of Salerno (Italy) have exclusive jurisdiction; mandatory consumer forums remain unaffected for consumers.
