Article 10(1)(d) makes the deployment of EDPCIs an eligible form of action under the Programme, thereby placing EDPCI deployment inside the funded perimeter alongside common procurement, industrial reinforcement and supporting actions. Article 35 then defines EDPCIs as a Council-identified category rather than a Commission-designated label: identification requires Council implementing acts adopted upon a Commission proposal.
