Objective

We have invented and developed a specific solution for one of the key components found within most of the worlds excavators, cranes, construction machinery. Excess Engineering have patented and tested a new revolutionary electric actuator that can replace all type of hydraulic systems. Electric systems available in the market today has never been able to replace hydraulic systems in construction machines. Our patented electric actuator has the ability to transfer high loads, give the required stroke at a small footprint. We are now able to replace hydraulic cylinders in almost every application. The technology provides many advantages compared to hydraulic systems, including improved energy efficiency, no hydraulic oil required, reduced need and cost of maintenance and increased service life.
