Objective
Lili.AI is a breakthrough AI project management solution for organizations executing large-scale (250M+ budget) projects in infrastructure construction, engineering, waste management & other industries. Lili.AI combines unique AI models trained on real-life large-scale project management data with award-winning natural language processing technology. It extracts actionable insights from textual unstructured datasets emails, meeting minutes, memos, reports, etc. Our TRL6 tech has proven successful in claims litigation with Lynkea; we are currently trialling the advanced prototype with NGE.At TRL9 our solution will register weak signals received through real-time monitoring of project documentation. It will address organizations inability to detect & address problems early, which leads to their aggravation & costly penalties (average claim is ~54M globally, according to Arcadis). Lili.AI will help them avoid such expensive delays/failures.
