Objective

EASYLs patented technology provides green processes to locally produce critical powder materials used in zinc-based batteries. We use a mechanical process to create Calcium Zincate powder (active material that can store electricity), with only water as solvent, and have the know-how for the green production of Titanium Nitride (essential conductive additive). These innovations are combined to produce 3 ready-to-use composite powders - Zincatin (ZnNi batteries), Zincatair (Zn-Air batteries) & Zincatem (Zn-MnO2 batteries). EASYLs production processes for these powder materials and composite powders will be licensed to industrial powder producers and battery manufacturers, respectively. Our current technology has been tested with our team specialized in prototype cells & allows for the production of batteries with a capacity of 1000 charge/discharge cycles while retaining 70% of the cells capacity. We intend to reach 3600 cycles by the end of this project & of 5000 in later generations
