Objective

INPUT SOFT develops the next-generation Data Management Suite (DMS) for airport ground-handling operations, enabling accurate multi-source timestamp capture, automated airline billing and AI-driven operational intelligence. Today, most handlers rely on outdated, fragmented systems that produce inconsistent data, slow invoicing and limited visibility over Service-Level Agreement (SLA) performance. Existing advanced solutions, such as computer-vision platforms, require airport-owned infrastructure and cannot be deployed by handlers independently. The project will mature DMS from TRL 5 to TRL 7 by developing a unified data pipeline (QR/NFC, mobile workflows, telematics, AIDX/IATA messages), validating an automated billing engine aligned with SGHA terms and integrating an explainable AI agent for delay analysis and SLA reporting. The system will be tested in real operational environments with ground-handling partners.Alongside the technical work, the project strengthens the commercial readiness of the solution through market validation, pricing studies, early customer commitments and investor-readiness activities. The outcome will be a fully validated, interoperable and infrastructure-independent DMS ready for international scaling, enabling safer, more efficient airport operations and supporting EU priorities in digitalisation, competitiveness and CO2 reduction.
