Objective

PriceHub.AI is a Ukrainian deep-tech SME developing a next-generation AI platform that transforms how consumers navigate complex e-commerce choices. In today’s online markets, 67% of product searches end without a purchase due to cognitive overload, low trust, and fragmented retailer ecosystems. Existing solutions, classic search, comparison websites, and general-purpose LLMs cannot reliably interpret user needs, compare products across platforms, or provide accurate, real-time guidance. To address this challenge, PriceHub.AI introduces a Grounded Reasoning Architecture that merges structured product data, real-time price feeds, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and explainable AI. This ensures high factual accuracy (≥90%), extremely low hallucination rate (≤2%), and transparent, user-centric recommendations. The project strengthens Ukraine’s digital and economic resilience by scaling a high-impact AI innovation built on more than 20 years of E-Katalog's proprietary data and millions of existing users. The technology will be advanced from TRL 5 to TRL 7 through the development of multi-LLM routing, the MCP interoperability layer, an expanded multi-agent toolset, and pilots with retailers in Ukraine and the E The 18-month work plan focuses on accelerating the commercial readiness of a Ukrainian tech SME, validating B2C uplift, deploying B2B pilots, and establishing a scalable hybrid revenue model (CPC/CPA + AI-as-a-Service).PriceHub.AI will create 17 high-skilled jobs in Ukraine, establish an AI R&D hub, and retain at least 80% of technical development within the country, directly contributing to economic recovery and technological sovereignty. By project completion, the company will achieve €90k in monthly recurring revenue, secure EU-based retail partnerships, and demonstrate investor-readiness for scale-up. The project showcases how a Ukrainian SME can deliver globally competitive AI innovation while deepening integration with the EU digital single market.
