Objective
ADAM (AI-Driven Air Monitoring) is a Ukrainian deep-tech startup that transforms urban air quality management through mobile, AI- powered environmental monitoring. Our innovation combines QAL1-certified optical gas and particulate sensors with machine learning algorithms, installed on public transport and commercial vehicle fleets. This approach turns existing urban mobility infrastructure into a dynamic, real-time air monitoring network - offering an additional level for existing software approaches and existing stationary systems.Unlike traditional monitoring stations, our platform enables high-resolution data collection on PM2.5, PM10, CO, CO2, NOx, SO2, temperature, and humidity across entire cities. It uses existing stationary systems for validation and system maintenance detection.Our system integrates AI for data validation, anomaly detection, and pollution hotspot prediction. This not only improves air quality transparency for city planners and regulators, but also enables new services for healthcare, real estate, insurance, and logistics sectors.ADAM's product architecture is modular, portable, and vehicle-agnostic. The project leverages certified European sensors and has demonstrated feasibility under laboratory conditions, with further refinement ongoing in sensor optimization, thermal management, and AI model training.ADAM’s business model is still in development and focused on hardware sales or leasing (Hardware-as-a-Service), SaaS/API-based data subscriptions, and strategic B2B/B2G integrations (e.g., mobility, insurance). Target clients include municipalities, environmental agencies, logistics operators, and mapping platforms.With an experienced founding team, a defined go-to-market strategy, and demand validated through pilot LOIs and competitions, ADAM aims to scale across the EU. The project seeds funding for product certification, market and business model development to establish itself as a key player in Europe's are quality monitoring.
