Objective
The next AI revolution unfolds at the edge, powering real-time, energy-efficient and secure applications in autonomous systems, industrial automation, and healthcare. Yet, with over 400,000 yearly new AI models and hundreds of chip architectures, deploying edge AI in products is highly challenging. Existing tools fail to support the latest models like LLMs, lack flexibility across chips, and underutilize chip capabilities, making deployment inefficient and costly.Roofline transforms edge AI with a breakthrough SDK that bridges the gap between AI models and hardware. Roofline’s SDK flexibly supports models from all relevant frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow and is retargetable across CPUs, GPUs, and specific accelerators. It delivers up to 15x lower latency and 35x lower memory usage vs industry standard – through a simple Python call. Combining intuitive tools with scalability, Roofline unlocks transformative applications in edge AI, paving the way for European leadership in a €20B+ market by 2030.
