Objective
Direct Air Capture (DAC) is set to play a crucial role in solving one of the most complex problems of our time: bridging the emissions gap and cleaning up both historical and hard-to-abate emissions. It’s the only solution that can permanently and verifiably remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. But as promising as DAC is, it’s also an enormous technical challenge, considering that while CO2 levels are high enough to drive our climate change, they make up just 0.04% of the air we breathe. To truly reduce atmospheric CO2 levels and recover gigatons of atmospheric CO2 each year, DAC technology must be environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and scalable at a global level. At RepAir, we’re developing the technology that will make make this a reality with our cutting-edge, fully electric DAC technology, engineered as a trully scalable solution at the gigaton scale.
