Objective
70% of all industrial sectors rely on compressed air for their daily operations. Compressed air production accounts for 10% of globalindustrial electricity consumption, corresponding to substantial carbon dioxide emissions. The production of compressed air with theconventional screw and turbo compressors is costly and unsustainable. Enairon air compressor technology addresses this inefficiencyby introducing the first fluid type compressor design. Our patent-based compressor is a game-changer, empowering customers to cutelectricity expenses by 37%, a persuasive argument in a sector where electricity constitutes 80-90% of a compressor's lifecycle cost.This translates into multimillion-euro savings and a significant decrease in CO2 emissions. Additionally, our compressor is simple androbust, ensuring heightened reliability, decreased maintenance requirements, and an extended lifespan. Our solution has beendemonstrated in a relevant environment at pilot customer Stora Enso Paper AB dedicated in the Pulp and Paper Industry (TRL 6). Wetarget a lucrative market opportunity, estimating a TAM of €30.31 billion by 2030 in the stationary segment. With a modest butsignificant 3.6% estimated total market share by 2030, we estimated revenues of more than €100 million, indicating the sale of about87 compressor units across European and Asian markets. We request €2.5 million of EIC Accelerator grant, this will propel Enairontowards market entry with the first series of 400kW compressors, a tenfold increase in air volume from our current prototype, withintwo years. With a clear path to revolutionizing compressed air production, Enairon stands at the forefront of sustainable industrialsolutions, ready to make a lasting impact on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and global industry standards.
