Testnor AS, founded in 2021 and based in Tromsø (Norway), provides a unique open-air test range where drones, vehicles, and other systems can be trialed without GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) signals. By deliberately jamming and spoofing satellite navigation in a controlled Arctic environment, Testnor enables European industries and militaries to harden their technologies against interference.
