In the high Arctic of Norway, a deep-tech startup is tackling one of Europe’s quiet but critical strategic vulnerabilities: the disruption of satellite navigation signals. Testnor AS, founded in 2021 and based in Tromsø (Norway), provides a unique open-air test range where drones, vehicles, and other systems can be trialed without GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) signals.
