Guerrilla RF, Inc. (founded 2013) designs high-performance radio-frequency and microwave integrated circuits for wireless infrastructure and defense applications . The Greensboro, North Carolina–based firm produces RF amplifiers, mixers, switches and attenuators used in 5G networks, satellite links and military radios .

Its new GaN-on-SiC HEMT chips deliver up to 50 W of output power for advanced radar, aerospace and industrial systems . With over 175 million devices shipped globally , Guerrilla RF has a proven fielded base of “state-of-art” RF modules. The company recently acquired Gallium Semiconductor’s GaN power-amplifier IP to broaden its portfolio .
