Objective
RADAR: ""ReclAiming Democracy Advancing Rights"" is a collaborative European project that aims to strengthen democratic resilience by helping institutions, communities and civic actors respond constructively to social, economic and information pressures. Through comparative work in the project pilot countries, it brings together research, practical tools and stakeholder engagement to support trust, inclusion, accountability and informed public participation. RADAR combines interdisciplinary research with applied action. It will build a comparative knowledge base, test how different public messages are received, develop a transparent digital tool to help users assess problematic online narratives, and create practical resources for civil society, journalists, educators and public authorities. The project also includes peer-learning exchanges, mentoring, trainings and policy forums so that findings can be translated into useful guidance and multilingual support materials. Overall, RADAR is designed to turn research into practical support for democratic resilience: improving the quality of public information, encouraging participation, and helping democratic systems become more adaptive, trusted and responsive over time.""
