Objective

Cool-Chips project focuses on the commercialization of SemiQon's revolutionary cryogenic CMOS product, designed for the burgeoning quantum, space-electronics hardware and high-performance computing markets. Valued at over 1 billion euros and projected to grow 100 times in the next decade, these markets will benefit greatly from SemiQon's proprietary solution, which offers a 100-fold increase in efficiency over existing technology. This positions SemiQon as a trailblazer in a field dominated by industry giants like INTEL and TSMC. Additionally, SemiQon's agile operational model, which includes in-house manufacturing within a European foundry hosted by an RTO, provides a unique advantage for early market entry and the potential to outpace competitors, establishing it as a groundbreaking European leader in the cryogenic CMOS domain.
